Hello everybody, I’m Timothy here.
Today, I will touch on the headrail of the combi blinds.
Okay come, basically we carry two types of headrails.
The one on the left, this kind, this type is using the fabric that you chose to do wrapping for the headrail.
The other type, this type, we won’t be doing wrapping but we will do a matching aluminium headrail for your fabric.
What’s the difference?
For this type, wrapping one..the headrail tends to be more sturdy.
For the non-wrapping one, it tends to be more flimsy.
In videos, it’s very hard to show you, but you can come down personally, I can show you the differences.
And, of course, regarding the weight..for the more sturdy one, the weight is more heavier than the more flimsy one.
Alright, so a lot of customers asked me, which type is better?
For some of the customers, they find that this type is very bulky..very big ..very bulky and heavy..they like to go for the lighter weight one. Because some prefer not so bulky one.
And some of the areas , when we go on-site, I find that they are using false ceilings.
I will recommend them to use the light-weight one, instead of the heavy one.
But end of the day some of them will prefer, aesthetically wise, the fabric wrapped one.
Of course, another group of customers, they already have pelmets, so they don’t mind going for this type.
