The ideal candidate(s) is highly customer-oriented and able to create/follow processes that optimise the customer experience along with business performance.
Your work will enable us to achieve revenue goals, continuously improve our KPIs and you’ll have a direct impact on the growth and success of the company.
In this exciting and fulfilling line, no two days in this role will be the same.
Direct Curtain is a relatively young company in the age-old Curtains and Blinds industry in Singapore.
However, we are the first company to bring technology into the local scene by introducing an online appointment booking system along with a real time tracking app for our advisors, so that the customers can better manage their time while waiting for the advisors to show up.
We are also one of the first to adopt e-payments such as PayNow and etc for added convenience.
We are customer-oriented and have garnered hundreds of positive reviews in a short time. However, we do not rest here as we are not perfect. We are always evolving and improving ourselves.
We are on a mission to make Curtains and Blinds shopping hassle-free so that homeowners can create and enjoy their beautiful homes easier while enjoying the process.
