I had the most amazing experience with Kelice from Direct Curtain. After reaching out to numerous providers over six months, I finally came across DC last Friday. Kelice promptly responded via WhatsApp, readily accepted the repair work for my Shyzip system (originally installed by another company), and even took the time to reply after office hours. She kept me updated over the weekend on the appointment date. I’m truly grateful for her help and the exceptional service she provided. Finally.. Working blinds in just 3 days!

Googled for a curtain shop in Bedok Central and found this one with good reviews. Easy to browse through the catalogue online and select the material I want to make curtain. Obtained an online quote instantly for both day curtain and dim-out curtains by providing measurement. Price was reasonable so i placed the order online and the curtain was ready for collection in 5 days. Good material and good workmanship Very easy and convenient process.
I engaged Direct Curtain to install a Zipblind in my balcony to keep the aircon in. I had concerns as my balcony's structure as well as existing metal shutters pose some challenges in the Zipblind measurement/installation. Meiling was very responsive and easy to communicate with. All the arrangements were smooth. Edward was very detailed in the site measurement to ensure the Zipblind fits as well as the matching of the colours of the fabric/frame. The installers were very experienced and during installation, due to the challenging balcony structure, there were some adjustments required but were quickly rectified without hassle. The installed Zipblind is neat and tidy, resting perfectly in front of the shutters without being too blockish. I am extremely satisfied with the overall look and quality of the Zipblind!

Also thanks to the 2 efficient installers for very good workmanship and good attitude. I'm very pleased with my 3-panel zip blinds (Dooya motor, USA Phifer fabric), it's smooth, quiet, easy to operate with a battery-powered remote control.

Looking for blinds for my new BTO flat and chanced upon Direct Curtains while researching.🛜 the website just so happen to have a rough quotation as you select the blinds and dimensions that you require - allowing us to get a quick sensing of the price range without even contacting them (it is also one of the more affordable ones too)Salesperson that came on site after the online quotation was sent was helpful and knowledgeable, shared samples and recommend various tips along the way.💰 for a day curtain in the living room, roller blinds in both common rooms and a black out curtain in the MBR - it added up to $1.1k thereabouts⏰ it took less than 2 weeks from the on-site measurement to installation, especially if you choose multiple materials to see which are in stock, plus if you have availability on weekdays for installationDefinitely recommended for a fuss free and good curtain installation 👍🏻
I had a wonderful experience dealing with them. Super easy to make an appointment to view their blinds design on-site. Edward was very accommodating and answered all my questions with regard to Korean blinds. He even highlighted some of the cons once it's installed. The best thing, they absorbed the GST. I'd checked other curtain shops, especially those in the mall, they're way more expensive. Site measurement was a breeze and Edward did a terrific job with the measurement up to actual installation. Also, from the time you place your order to actual installation, it only took 6 days of waiting. This company is a gem. Highly recommended 👍🏼👍🏼
Superb customer service from Direct Curtain! Installed the Service Yard Zipblind as I did not want casement windows. The team were professional and did all the necessary procedures to delivery the product within 2 weeks.Replies are prompt and courteous. They also took the initiatives to reach out to me to enquire about my feedback on the zipblind.I had feedback that there were minor glue marks on the fabric which I was not bothered. However, they decided to replace the entire fabric for me as part of their commitment to quality. Couldn’t be happier with the overall looks after the replacement.In terms of pricing, they are reasonable and value for money. There are other competitors charging at a higher price but you wouldn’t need an expensive zipblind for a service yard albeit your other renovation costs (in my opinion). You can also check their website for the pricing which they are transparent about.Overall, I’m happy with their service and will definitely recommend them to other home owners. I had meetings with some of zip track servicing companies and chose Direct Curtain with their prompt and clear feedback to my satisfaction. While their technicians work for installing shy zips and Venetian blinds/curtains for my new unit, I was quite impressed with their professional and quality works in pursuit of preciseness. Though quoted prices can be seen as if it is expensive compared with other quotations from neighbour service providers, my family is very satisfied with all of shy zips, Venetian blinds, etc. that they installed for my unit.

Hong was patient in explaining the different types of blinds which allowed us to make a more informed choice of the type of blinds that would better suit the needs of the different rooms. There was also a variety of colours and designs to choose from! Edward who did the installation was also really professional. He even highlighted a defect he found in the blind which we did not pick up and immediately shared that he will request for a replacement. Got the zip blinds installed for my service yard and I am very pleased with it. Installation was very fast and everything was done so smoothly. Kept it closed overnight because I was worried about rain in the night that will usually cause the service yard to end up really wet but the blinds somehow managed to keep the service yard completely dry after an entire night of thunderstorm. It mentioned that it does not keep water out 100% so I was very amazed that the service yard was still completely dry after a thunderstorm. Very happy with the blinds and Direct Curtain’s service 💯

I installed rainbow blinds through Direct Curtain (HDB study room). Very happy with the final result. Direct Curtain provided excellent service throughout the entire process. When I had questions, Direct Curtain was always responsive and patiently answered all my questions (it was through whatsapp so the whole process was very convenient too). They also took initiative to update me when an earlier installation slot opened up - to offer me an earlier installation date. Edward (the team member who did site visit and installation) also helpfully offered me ideas on how to do mounting/what materials to use, etc. I will definitely be a repeat customer if I need curtains/binds again. The Boss of the Direct Curtains was very knowledgeable and friendly. I like that even before you go down, as long as you provide a floor plan they will promptly send you a professional PDF quote based on your requirements. When we went down to the shop, we decided to get the newer system venetian blinds as it only has one pulley for opening/closing as well as maneuvering the blinds up and down, which saves us a lot of trouble trying to untangle the strings as we did with our older blinds. The installer, Edward, was on time, extremely precise and efficient. He confirmed with me on my requirements before deciding on the height to install my blinds, as I had just fixed up my shoe cabinet and it would get in the way of the blinds. Not to mention that he was very friendly and assisted me with my questions on the operations of the blinds.
All in all, I would describe my experience with them as smooth, prompt, efficient, friendly and extremely fuss free. Highly recommend to anyone that's considering to have their curtains/blinds done to give this shop a try. Thanks once again!
